it should be ok mate wen we do our head we get erm complete and they strip erm down but all places are different mate

yer mate i did its best to but at the head shop they should check it with a straight edge or you might have to ask erm to but if you getin the head all built you might aswell do it and at my garage wen they are skimmed we just trim the dowls in the block that the head sits on a lil built to make sure the head sits flat so ask them about that ;) might not need doing though

erm not sure mate hahaha because after doin the head on mine i took a risk and didnt change the seals and now they leak best to do erm y you got it all stripped out

you should be able to just replace them mate and its a tuff call about weither to change both or not because you dont no what is stronger but i would say as they are a pair change them both as they are ment to be togeva hope this helps you just remember to bolt them down evenly and would be best to change the cam seals aswell just to be safe ;)

as it was a nice sunny day i thought il give the car a clean and show the new front end . Which aint been sprayed yet ;) but my bro sprayed the grill so i can kinda get the image of what it will look like. Hope you like . a lil pic all stripped down From this! To this . wen driving alone and go over bumps sometimes it makes a slight rattle from the n/s/f wheel you can here from in the car ive had the car on the ramp and everything is a solid as a rock any help ?????
