Nah mate, i wouldnt advise it tbf. Im a mechanic myself and tbh it aint that physical unless your manhandling engines out on the hourly rate and squatting, bench pressing, deadlifting it etc.
If you get some basic heavy enough weights you can work from home in 12 minutes and no need to go gym, but i find it harder that way to concentrate when theres the 'View New Content' button on uksc and tv is on.

Do you go to the gym? No point having supplements if your not working out.
What i was told to do when i 1st started out was to get my diet sorted out while doing gym sessions before taking any supplements, then bring in a whey protein supplement with 80% whey and get some fish oils.

Get on a mass gainer man

My mate whos a bodybuilder at 18 and came 2nd in a contest last year at 17 told me to try this stuff just after a gym session, hes going to be on bodybuilding.com teen bodybuilder of the month next month he said.

back in the day i used to use body fortress muscle and weight gainer, protein shakes and creatine from holland barrett.
it sed no more than 2 weight gain shakes a day,i was on 5 and eatin lots of food, from cakes to good stuff like all meats n fish (i was a butcher so that was easily dun lol)
on top of that i dun NO cardio n had abite to eat n 1 of each shake before bed for maximum gain. the result? 3st 2lb in 3months,strength went thru the roof, i was up to 16st 2lb,i lost 1st rippin up n this is how i stayed until my ex and a near death car crash put me back a few squares.getin back to it now,not far off it
Thats good gains over 3 months man over the last 2 months i have gone from 11 stone 4 to 12 stone 8 been on myprotein hard gainer noticed gains in strength and size i use a myotape to take my measurements weekly and check my weight weekly.
Now im on my protein true whey which has bcaa's in also and cutting down for the summer to get ripped for my holiday

I never had any problems with Driveshafts just the gaiters kept splitting. An if i was you id get onto Nick Jones at Tuning Developments, he has a whole range of ECUs now and he put me an emanage ultimate in my old car and mapped it and it was great with a really good customer service.
Emanage Ultimate would be good enough

Looking good mate and hope the clutch master cylinder helped
300bhp is alot to run through the front wheel unless your running some standalone like i was running, or a decent diff.
As with my old starlet it went wild on an emanage ultimate and i could get it spinning up in 4th with just 1.1 bar on vf23.

Was about 2 years ago i did mine, but yer you rotate so the oil return points down. Then fight to get the big circlip off and rotate the compressor housing so it faces down also.
-
You may be better off buying a longer oil feed mate.
-
Thanks mate bloody hell sold the EMU ages ago that was off my old Starlet i really miss that 1
-
Thanks alot mate it means alot
Glad you found it easy to fit aswell.
Thanks again.

Pretty sure i just used a 12 or 14mm Bolt from somewhere else on the car may have a couple of spares hanging round i'll have a look tomorrow if your still struggling.

Ahh cheers mate, does noone reckon 1 of the clarke 100 litre 1s be any good for my kind of work?
As it's alot smaller and less weight being 30kgs lighter and 20cms less?
-
2 good responses there the money isn't a problem its just the space with my van i looked up a clarke industrial 150 litre air compressor which is 1390mm so 1.4 metres its £439 without the vat as theres a promotion at machine mart where they are vat free.
-
Right im a self employed mobile mechanic/ Mechanic for a garage part time, and got to the stage now where im missing my air tools when im on the van.
So looking to buy an air compressor, does anyone know much about them for using air tools mainly Air guns to keep maximum pressure for a decent length of time.
I know what pressure is needed and cfm and would need to be 240V.
The thing i need to know is what would be a suitable litre tank for using most air tools?
Considering it has to fit in a Citroen Dispatch van.
Cheers.

Seems high, have you tried Adrian Flux? When i was 22 mine was about £800 with all mods declared.

What are peoples views on Creatine?
I was thinking of having it as a post gym supplement.
Also what are peoples views on ZMA i heard people talking about it on bodybuilding.com it sounds as though its a testosterone booster.
