  1. granted, yeh your right you do but it still irritates me that if you put effort into something then someone goes and ruins it. why not just buy a cheap sportif or solida if you wanna rattle can sumthing.

I used to have so much respect for starlet owners but its seriously gone down hill!

im pretty sure youd feel the same way if you sold yours and then found out someone decided to ruin everything you've done.

  2. For Sale : Toyota Starlet SR with 5efe conversion

Price and price conditions: £ 800 ONO

Extra Info: For sale is my Toyota Starlet Sr Project. I recently converted the engine from the 1.3 to the 1.5 from a toyota paseo. The new engine adds a nice extra bit of power to the car offering around the 100hp mark. The engine runs fine with no problems and has done around 50.000 miles.

I have owned the car for 3 years and have made many modifications including alarm with remote starter, glanza seats, cup holders, retrimmed door cards, aftermarket trd pedals, strut braces front and rear, lowered suspension, aftermarket remix front bumper worth £200+, resprayed wheels and many more.

The Car is currently Sorn and Mot expired this month. However i have no reason to believe why it would fail.

There are a few areas of rust appearing as you would expect for a car of this age but nothing serious.

My reason for selling is purely that I felt it was time to move on. I wanted something a bit newer and bigger.

Any questions feel free to pm me.

    Tom

  3. i think the french car think is very stereotypical tbh, newer frenchies tend to be pretty good, its just the older ones.

ive liked them since they first came out and i needed an upgrade and strangely it cost more on insurance to insure a glanza or gt than the loeb even tho its a 1.6 turbo :/

and not sold the starlet yet, if anyones interest let me know :)

  4. its a sad day as after 5 years of owning a starlet i have purchased a new car , i felt it was time to move on and have bought myself a C4 loeb edition, ill post up some pics soon, would love to hear everyones opinion on it, good and bad :)

i shall still be around tho :) ill always be a starlet lover at heart :p
