  1. Starts fine, yeah thought the same is a bit strange isn't it... I'm gonna get it apart on Saturday and swap the shim over etc, I'll post if I find anything.

  8. So next thing to take off the Cams? Would it be likely to be a shim replacement?
  9. Update, ive checked the cam clearences and one of the cams tolerance is way to tight. could this be the issue?
  10. I took the rocker cover off a few weeks ago to look at the cams but I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for or measuring
  11. Bit of an update, I have completed a compression test and it's all good. All pulleys are tourqued up.
  12. Changed the idle valve earlier and hasn't changed the sound.
  13. The coolant sprayed all over the engine bay. There is coolant in the overflow bottle but none in the radiator.
  14. Hello all, My 4efte engine In my Glanza started to make a tapping sound the other day, it has progressively for worse. Coolant and oil are fine, no loss in performance. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers Will VID_20181020_122033380.mp4
