  1. Ok cheers mate. Dont suppose you know what bulb Id need? Thanks. Oz
  2. Hahaha, Just tried to do this myself. Do I need to remove the cluster to change the bulbs behind the speedo? Also, does anyone know what bulbs I need? Its the one that lights up the left hand side of the speedo. Someone should do a how too to get the cluster out, I found there was a bit of play to pull it out a couple of inches, but couldnt get to the looms. Cheers, Oz
  3. Me possibly, Im on tour, but that date hasnt been booked so will be staying in strood and could pop down..
  4. Well my car failed it's mot on the handbrake cables, so have now replaced them, and not had any problems with freezing on etc. Feels good to know I can stop on hills now lol! Oz
  5. When I had mine dyno'd, the HP peaked at 6,616 revs. In reality though, it feels nasty changing after 6K. I'd set it to about 5.5K or whatever feels right. Car looks great mate! What FMIC is that? could you nudge it to sit straight? Keep up the good work. Oz
  6. Is that an Auto or manual V? Might be making a difference as the pic someone else put up from confused.com was for an Auto. I just renewed through "insurance factory"; 25 5 yrs ncb 3 points GlanzaV w/ Alloys £430 £100 XS pretty happy with that
  7. Hey man, thanks for your reply. Sounds pretty straight forward, I'll order some hinges from Toyota (£28 each plus vat) if I can't find any from breakers and get cracking. Cheers, Oz
  8. Hey, How easy is it to change the hinge on a door? My drivers door is really loose needs a new hinge. Can I order one from Toyota? Would a UK starlet hinge fit? Is it a simple fix? Cheers, Oz
  9. Thats not strickly true. It was developed for when traction was needed in the mountains etc. Says so in the Jap manual. Try doing a tank on lo boost, then a tank on hi boost and seeing the difference. For me, I could get 250 miles on a tank with lo boost, 280 on high. I know Im not the only one who found this too. Did the pipe switcharoo to derestrict mine, and havent the cars much more fun in 1st and 2nd. Oz
  10. Hey Phil, Amazing job on the conversion! Def one of the best looking EP91s Ive ever seen! Oz
  11. Drive, any pics of your intercooler setup? Sounds good!
  12. Out of interest, has anyone put together a custom intercooler? Seems that what would be ideal (for the budget concious) would be the HDI piping (i like the fact it doesnt go under) with a smaller intercooler. From having a quick look at my Glanza96, if the intercooler was shorter (still suspended off the slam bar), it could sit above where the bumper comes in. Ebay has loads of universal intercoolers, couldnt someone just fab the pipes and = perfection? Oz
  13. Ditto! The fun is the accelaration for me. Oz
