Whats the best Oil and Filter to get for my Starlet SR??

Just had my MOT done and they are saying that my right headlight is kicking off to the right too much because it is a lft hand drive headlight. Can anyone tell me the correct part number for a UK spec SR right headlight so i can check this against maine, they have failed me for this. Any help would be appreciated.
