Hi mate. I was reminiscing with a mate the other day and I did a google image search for starlet turbos and was shocked when one of the first pics that popped up was my old car, which led me here. I got the car imported from Japan in 2005 it was sourced by a guy in Bradford who imported cars for a living. I’d been looking for one of these for ages so I was buzzing when I finally got to pick it up and drive it the 200+ miles back to Suffolk. I had a little play with a Clio 182 on the way back but felt a bit of a tit when I hit the speed limiter at erm 71mph 😉 I think the car was on 56,000

Ahh my old car 😍 I was the first uk owner of this little beast. Glad to see it’s still being well cared for. I might have some pictures of it somewhere from when it was totally standard. I owned it for 6 years and always kept it garaged, probably put no more than 10,000 miles on it in that time. Used to embarrass my old boss off the lights in his Integra type R 😊
