  1. Lol I don't think I have the courage to leave just yet! I'm just waiting until I can afford to own a second car Hopefully the next starlet will be more friendly to my pocket! I loved this forum, it's much more fun
  2. Wish I could have bought her back! She's been missed dearly You looked after the car better than I did, love the advans! I think it's about time I said goodbye aswell!?
  3. I'm sure you'll look after her! I really miss the car now
  4. Cheers. He preys on starlet owners with minimal knowledge about cars (like me), so I hope anyone who may be interested in purchasing from him has a read of this thread first. You hit the nail on the head there. He was acting as though he knows all about starlets, but I think he just gets his knowledge from max power magazine or something. A good conclusion aswell - only buy parts from him if you know your stuff inside out, otherwise stay clear.
  5. Has anyone else had any experience with these twerps? I contacted OSMAN as he was breaking a glanza, I was after a CT9 turbo. Instead he sold me a turbo for £200 which he said was straight out of a stock Glanza and convinced me it was Toyota turbo. It turned out to be from a 1000cc Nissan Figaro! He knew I travelled some distance to get to him, so he thought he would abuse this and sell me his tat which his has piled up at his EDMONTON garage. All his cars there look dodgy and are all accident repairs. He has a heap of Starlet parts which I guess he intends to sell to young vulner
  6. Is it too late to get my name down?
  7. Xbox 360 is great, but not bug free... I recently encountered a problem called the 'red ring of death' (doesn't turn on anymore) - which is a very common fault. http://technology.timesonline.co.uk/tol/ne...icle2031171.ece However, Xbox will repair this fault for free even if you dont have a warranty, which took mine over a month! After all this, I still say Xbox 360 rules!
  8. Thanks all for your kind comments! 😉 I havn't had a RR yet but i think its something which I will look into soon, so i can have the apexi afc taking care of things on the fueling side. I've fitted some clear lenses and a viper alarm since.. next on the list is full service with new brakes - probably 3g 10 with mintex or ebc pads, braided lines which I believe most members recommend. I like what I've seen on this forum so far - some real impressive stuff. Pagey - hats off to you for keeping the car so mint!
  9. I am the lucky owner indeed. Spent a good 5 months looking for the right one! Thanks for the warm welcome!
  10. Does anyone know of any good garages/mechanics in or around London - someone who might have worked on a few starlets before?
