They do take some beating! I run a greedy td05 with 300+bhp and use it daily aswell as drag racing and track days

Had abit of shit with clutches and and synchros but fitted gt internals into the gearbox now and it's taking it well!

Not been japfest this year! Can only of seen a max of 5 at trax yesterday thought there would of been a few more

That corner is very deceiving looks straight foward but can go wrong so easy there!

I messaged russ straight after seeing it he said your ok? That's the main thing metal is replaceable

What's the power band like are they abit to big?

I already run a td05 turbo so don't mind a bit of lag

Civic rad + slimline fan

Air filter relocated

Serviced every other month by myself

all poly bushed mounts

Walbro fuel pump

Drive train:

Ep85 drive train all in good working order

Ep85 gearbox with gt input shaft for slightly longer gearing 1st to 4th

Helix paddle clutch

brand new celica brake conversion put on last week (57mm single pot)

Electronics:

dastek ecu mapped to suit mapped to 1.3 bar

hks evc6 boost controller with 3 different settings

Boost gauge on dash!

Handling:

Meister r coil overs

Oem rear anti roll bar

Rota slipstreams with prada spec 2 tyres

Shell:

this is the top spec 85 comes with all electric windows/sunroof

Oem doorcards with speakers

Currently stripped interior but can be put back in if it's not your cup of tea

live sports kit minus the front lip (Id workz)

Front wings are carbon wrapped so not the best

Whole cut into headlight for air intake

The shell has a few marks round it but nothing major cleans up really well

had a little blast out at a local drag racing meet all good fun didn't get the times I wanted but that's just how it goes I suppose but was still great fun

Are the omex 1's any better? Or still just as bad may just go with a new ecu

I have the ecu and a hks evc6 controlling boost by gear problem is the fwd launch fine by the wheels spinning the 4wd wants to bog down unless you go with dans approach haha and I've done 2 gearboxes and 3 clutches already 😆

Not really looked into them as I know they can be a engine killer!

Can they be used a launch control as in building boost at a stand still

Only asking as my ecu doesn't have a launch control feature and I'm chasing times on the 1/4 mile and I seem to bog down abit off the line

Got a rsr system in basildon essex

Any used 1's for sale any condition as I can repair it? Before I buy a new 1? Located in essex so either local or willing to post

Thought I would have ago at sorting painting the side of things out myself seems I've never had a go at it before! After figuring out how to use the spray gun rather than I rattle can I'm well pleased with the outcome the sanding and flatting side of things is tideous but the end result was well worth it I think
