anyone on here spotted yesterday in lichfield didnt look the usual red more of a bergandy(spelling) looked lowered with black rims with silver lip. gave me the beep lol

im pretty sure your oil should be ok i use 10w 40 semi synthetic im pretty sure the gearbox oil is 70w 90 double check first thats what i used im sure

some nice progress there mate, shame about the discs just a quick note i did the paseo brake conversion which is the same as the gt brakes and you will also nee the gt driveshafts! as the spline count is different, if you need some uprated sr/sportif brakes i have some 10 groove 3g discs with mintex 1144 pads with just over 2000 miles of use to and from work and up the motorway. there 238mm and made a great difference, £115 posted + 4% paypal, there just gathering dust in my room lol.. i sin a yellow 1 in tamworth on friday night and it is a glanza with a lip kit on it its really floressent though ive seen it once before and posted it on here, im pretty sure hes from burton

nice 1 mate id take your lights off before you lift the engine though, nd also cover your wings and slam panel in towels so you dont scratch them.... keep it up

ye i have done a fair bit to it from when it was standard. theres so much more to come though it hasnt even started yet

that layout looks mint with the darker blue the starlet pics also brighten it up and show what the sights about!

thanks for the nice comments makes it all woth while, next on the agenda is to get it running right again my leads and plugs are fcuked the cars real slow atm so need new ones but before i get them im gonna get a carbon reverse scoop to stop this from happening again! im also gonna do an oil change then start some nice fresh mods for the summer

i was going to use white led bulbs as i have a fair few but thought it looked more jdm with the amber bulbs, and fits the cars image perfectly

nah 2 seperate bulbs you should get some pics up ive never sin it done to another starlet before?

update.... not a lot been done really but like to update as much as i can so over the last few weekends ive been working on a few little free modds such as replacing rusty bolts with shiney stainless ones, i should beable to start getting bits and bobs soon but for the meantime il let my imagination run with more free mods lol more jdm goodness =win so the windcreen was looking abit bare with just the trd sticker so i got out my vinyl sheeting and started work, also added abit of jdm to the rear window! used black sticker for the front so its not in ya face! lots of carefull cutting lol prob not to everyones taste but o well. so the next mod was another free (JDM)mod, i decided to get 2 more side light conectors and fit them into the front indicator lenses i then wired these up to the side lights and then to a seperate swich so i could still turn them off seperatly to the side lights, i then added the jdm bulb of choise... on the night it looks mint and for those who are thinking ive wired my indicators on constant, i still have my stock indicators in place and fully working and you can still see them really well when indicating so all good! whilst i was in the mood for messing i tightened by bonnet pins and raised the bonnet abit more.... last night i decided to go get myself a new battery as my one is shagged and if i leave the car for an hour it goes flat so i went straight to the manerfacturers warehouse where my mate used to work so got a Deal! got a high power battery with 4 nerminals for amps extra earths etc, and where my old battery has leaked and correded my bay where it sits this new one will not leak! so i can respray the bay again and for £30 bargain!lol more stuff to come.... any comments welcome.
