  1. I went to order a passenger side rear backplate from Toyota today. They told me they are no longer available.
  2. 1 1972 beetle 1300cc 2 1973 vw beach buggy 1641cc 3 1968 beetle 1700cc 4 1989 mg maestro turbo 2000cc 5 1986 mk4 escort xr3i 1600cc 6 1985 mk3 escort xr3i 1600cc 7 1996 clio 18. 16 valve and now a 1998 glanza v and a 1955 beetle.
  3. My drivers side does this to but only when cold, ive greased the mech but it didn't make any difference. Maybe i need more grease lol.
  4. Ive had my v nearly two years and its been really reliable. Could be something to do with it being standard though. Dont give up on it...
  5. Is the backing plate clearing the disc ok. Have you bent it? It sounds stupid but worth a look.
  6. I agree, Ive had mine over a year and had no probs. Its been great, only replaced the brake pads. Oh and the usual service items but thats a must on any car.
  7. Weird one. Is the drive plate in the right way round ?...Hope you get it sorted matey...
  8. I always find shutting the door by pushing it with the plastic handle or on the glass works fine. Its happend on loads of cars ive had.
  9. Thats scary !!!!!!!!! is the drivers side ok. It must of been rusting long before it was imported. Hope you get it sorted.
