The reason the price is soo low now is because some idiots lent on the wings and pushed them in, so it will cost for someone to have them pulled out. And I just have had it for sale for sooo long and keep getting offered shit cars for it!!

To be honest, Facebook pisses me off anyways now. Nearly every time I go on there is there an issue with Inbox, Chatting to people, posting pictures or changing status! Apparently its because so many people have signed up and they didn't count on it being so big.

I had a problem a few months ago, where I was quoted 1 thing online and when I phoned up to check it they changed their mind and told me they couldn't insure me at all. I was seriously pissed, and looked into it. And was told that by-law, if you are quoted a price online and all the information you have given is 100% truthful then they have to adhere to the quoted price.

Although, I might add, if you have a quote online they do state in their T's and C's that this is an ONLINE quote only. Which means you have to pay for it online. You cannot phone up for the same quote.

The amounts you have been quoted since seem alot to me! Even for an 18 year old. But as said already, because they are known as a 'young boy racer car' to alot of insurers, they put their insurance up! Rip off I know!

I would be surprised if the Police didn't fine you to be honest. I thought by law when you sell a car, it's the sellers responsiblilty to send the V5 to register it under the new owners name.

My friend has just been fined £400 for not regsitering his old Evo under the new owners name. They got caught driving with no licence and insurance, so it's the same kinda thing!

As said, I feel sorry for all involved. And as you have said, it does show that it doesn't matter how careful you are.

A friend of mine had an incident a few years back, where he was driving through town (in the area with all the clubs) on a Friday night, and he wasn't speeding or anything. Everyone's always careful around that are as drunk people always walk in the road. And some young girl ran into the road, and he hit her and she landed through the windscreen on his passengers lap. She wss in a coma for weeks, and her family blamed him saying she wasnt the kind to get drunk and do silly things. So for weeks he was in turmoil. Once she came round, she said that she was drunk and had an arguement with a friend and ran in front of the car. It still messed his head up big time, and he wouldn't drive again for well over a year!
