Guys, am having a dilema here, i bought a set of forge wossner piston 74mm, and fitted 3 without any issues, but on taking out the last piston with the ring before gapping the ring, i noticed a crack on the ring. ive talked to the trader about it, but so far wossner has none in stock. any chance you guys have those around willing to sell me, my engine is currently out of the car!! been two weeks now.

We dont have dyno here on our small island,we do mapping on the roads. But the tuner is very capable and till now he has done some good work on other cars. Car is mapped at 0.6 now until we get more milleage out of the engine,but frankly to my surprise my car feels same as a ct9 on a bar. So am guessing at 1 bar i'll make some decent result. 22o bhp ill be a happy camper...

Guys I've recently did a complete engine overhaul including new bearings and piston rings!. I recently purchased a tdo4 kit with external wastegate,as management am on emu,Ill be running a 1 bar on standard engine. Can you guys guess about how much bhp i can make? Freshly rebuilt head,valve relaped..new vavle stem seals.

mainly when it is on idle,when you start engine and after driving..but when boost comes in doesnt smoke

Guys i have a question,ive just rebuild my engine with standard parts,replaced piston ring too. The problem is when my car is on idle,it smokes a little white smoke to be exact,after apply throttle and on the move car doesnt smoke. My turbo is a recon unit td04l bought from speedvision. What can be my problem?? Head has been rebuilt with new valve seal,and i had my valves relapsed. Before the rebuild i had no issues with car smoking on idling.was on a ct9 turbo. Please help!

Guys Am going td04 soon on standard internal. How much bhp should i see? Will be running 1 bar. Spec as follow. Td04 with tial wastegate,greddy emanage ultimate,fpr,greddy spec 2 boost controller and cap padle clutch

Guys i know this has been covered so many times but i cant get any possible answers,and this issue is getting to me. To cut story short,my car has heating problems,fan coming on as it should but it only overheats when there is load on the engine,hill climbing. I've had the thermostat has been removed still same issue. Can you guys tell me some basic things to check??

guys,is the master clucth slave and cylinder from a non turbo starlet same as a turbo starlet.reason am asking it is because ive recently bought a cap cluch but it seems am having trouble engaging the clutch to put in reverse it keeps making crunchin noise when shifting to reverse.note before was using a standard clutch and all was working fine. my car is a non turbo conerted to turbo..but used the master slave from the 4efe and the master cylinder from the 4efe... any help will be much apreciated

Man don't sell the ep... I am a dad of a four month old son....ya it is hard work but it's fun..you'll go broke from time to time...but it will be worth it to have no cash..you will be investing it in your kid... Congrats mate..
