Hee hee never knew there was such a fan base for the stuff!! Also in Mong Kok you got cheap up and coming styles int erms of clothing, and as said trainers.. there is a whole street thats nicknamed "Sneeker Street" and the street behind that coming out of the MTR(Metro) Station is the car area.. Also there is a shopping mall of 3 floors stuffed with mobile phones of all makes seizes and weird stuff.. competition is high in there so you defo get dirt cheap offline handset prices! *Sigh* I wish I was in H.K!

Happy Birthday Shelly! And thanks for the warm welcome a couple of months back when I was new here! Now I've finally got myself a Starlet!! WOO HOO!! ;) Hope you get tons of new toys for your car if not get lots of lucky red packets like chinese usually do if they can't think of anything good to get lol and then you can buy something you like

Hi guys, As the title says, what lights does the EP82 Quad light use? I've seen H1 bulbs, H3, H4 and H7 bulbs before but I've never seen these ones before and I am thinking of getting a HID for the dipped and some Philips for the flashing people on ones.. they seem to be the same bulb type but no idea what you call them. Also what side light bulbs are in there? Normal 501 bulbs or something else again? Many thanks for help and advice guys! I've used the search and browsed around but haven't been able to find my answer, unless I am looking in the wrong places? Cheers! Albert.

Sorry for raising this back from the dead but I love Razo stuff!! Got a mate of mine who is going back to H.K tomorrow night to bring back 2 sets of Razo Formula Spec pedals for me, one for my Mazda and one for Starky my Starlet lol.. not original name but he'll live with it until I can think of something better lol.. Razo parts aren't "that" expensive.. compared to Momo or Sparco they are cheaper I think.. place to drool and look for these things in H.K is a place called Mong Kok. There is litterally 2 blocks with every second shop being a mini styling heaven.. gear knobs, ICE, guages etc et

You could say so.. but thats all going to be gone in favour of seats lol.. or maybe not.. not sure.. but teh ICE is defo going to go! Then going to get some different alloys maybe or I refurb the existing ones and new tyres and get new brake discs and pads, probably 3G? And anti roll bars everywhere and suspension.. thats the plan to get it up to the point where I am happy and not spending a fortune lol.. once I'm happy with handling will come engine work.. -

I'll try and take some pics this lunch time on phone and then upload tonight when I get a chance. Defo totally different! I get both understeer and over steer!! I couldn't get over steer if I lift off gently but with this fella I can!! Need to be very gentle.. but will go for ARBs and strut braces thats for sure! And maybe funds permitting suspension as well.. then the usual nice things like a quieter egg sauce and alloys lol.. whatever comes up for sale on here lol.. At the moment its not to everyone's taste with a huge ICE setup where the rear seats use to be so going to get rid of that and -

WooHoo!! I now have an EP82 Turbo is scarily addictive.. especially with a BOV >_< I certainly understand why LSD is such a high demand item and how it handles completerly different to a Civic.. need to learn power delivery and driving all over again lol.. this is going to be fun owning one of these pocket rockets!! Going to be a full sinigng member on here learning!! -

If there was a smiley that showed bowing I would be using it! Yes that information makes perfect sense, and I am surprised to learn it doesn't come with a rear ARB as standard, but great there are ones available. I'm the type of person who tends to stick with shocks and springs, as going for coilovers and I don't admit I will be doing tons of track days, just occasional, it doesn't seem justify to get coylies.. also due to the fact to properly set them up you need corner weight/scales etc etc.. and also they cost an arm and leg, so I don't mind the trade off as thats my current setup in the Ci -
That was an absolute pleasure to read! Love it!! Now going to read the other one but fantastic info!! Thanks Enzo!! Much appreciated information!

First thing is first need to get rid of the Civic.. but thats not the easiest of things to do.. as it will ideally want to go to a enthusiast or I revert it back to almost standard and sell parts off seperate from the car.. or failing that a swap for a Glanza V in white 98 spec with LSD and front mounted intercooler with some light engine mods so I can then concentrate on the handling -
lol.. this could become a habbit us Civic owners coming over to the EP.. Even though Civics has a EP designation too just to confuse people, especially my GF Been drumming all the Civic codes into her brain for the past year and half and when I said I was thinking of getting a Glanza V EP91 she was lost.. then she said I only ever heard you talk about EP3 Civic Type R.. poor thing.. Can't wait to get my own little EP91, and I think I am liking the White 98 spec! Now to decide do I buy one from an enthisiast here, or through an importer who can get me a fresh one from JDM land.. Also just ou

lol, after looking on Toy Tuning I am very much more reasured! I'm happy to see so much choice! As much as the Civic, so I can then be picky and choose the bits that work for me =) Only fear I have is having so much choice you can pick up "crap" I know there are tons available for the Civic.. >_< But I've stuck to OEM DC2 teg stuff and decent brands such as Cusco, and I see Cusco and Whiteline stuff is available at decent prices so I'm defo going to set a couple of K aside for sorting the handling!! Also going to be trolling the for sale section once I get the car =P Now just need to fin -

Hmm.. Now I am getting more and more torn apart with my decisions.. Does anyone know where to point me to information about the chassis setup, i.e anti roll bars, size of them, pictures maybe, easily avilable chassis parts. Are there any like pure Toyota modding shops, like Hondas have VTEC Direct, what is the Toyota / Glanza equivelent? Cheers guys! So far it seems like a more friendly forum that some I have been.. -

Sounds like there is a presence of Chinese fans too!! Guess the Starlet/Glanza V runs in the family for you Shelly There seems to be quite a large crowd of Chinese on the Civic and Teg forums.. but I want to be a rebel and try something new! Worse comes to worse I can always go back? Right now I'm still just exploring and finding something that will work for me and allow me to have bags and bags of fun in something that doesn't cost me an arm and leg.. I don't need the fastest or best handling machine in the world to have fun on track.. but something that suits me and my style of driving.. I -

That little model is made by Tomy, they made something like hundreds of minatures of cars, even limited edition stuff as well, but it was just coincidence that the only Mazda 6 model they made was in yellow Sorry for getting you guys arguing about this topic of Civic VS Starlet/Glanza V.. Sounds like I missed one big post? I think after reading the comments I've sort of come to the conclusion that there are 2 different styles of driving involved to get these cars driving fast.. N/A is easier as the power is kind of on or off, and the delivery of it is very linear and almost instant.. turbo t -

Oh dear.. I am a twisties man me.. as I like the challenge of corners.. Yes I have fettled quite abit with the handling front with the Civic, but the annoying thing is no power until I hit VTEC.. where as with Turbo cars they are more foot down little lag and then chug chug along.. I was originally hoping the Glanza being leight weight would make twisties easier.. I'm used to major understeering cause the Civ doesn't have LSD.. hmm.. this has just broken my heart I'll defo need to do some more homework and see how much work is required to get the Glanza up to spec, as I remember JapFest 2 ba -

More good news for me ;) Going to have to think how many things I can salvage from the Civic and take it over onto the future EP91! Spent most of last night selling teh idea that its a good move to do this.. but its going to be time consuming in the sense I will need to break the Civic for parts to get enough funds raised to get a little EP91.. I guess driving a turbo will be totally different to a N/A.. back to square 1 for learning to drive for me again >_< -

Doh.. thats a re-spray then.. I was getting excited ;) nevermind.. yeah I might as well wait for a fresh import to come over and through someone who knows what these things are and what to look for before handing it over to me.. ;) What size are the standard brakes and after the brake upgrades? As mine started off life for the Civic as 242mm and now they are 282mm and just fit under those Advan alloys.. but ideally I really want to keep the Advans.. they were a hard find at a decent price for what they are.. I take it the PCD is 4X100? Also I'm guessing after upgrading the brakes the ABS nee -

Nice to know there are fellow Chinese on here ;) Can't believe I am still awake scrolling around and reading.. I'm slowly forming what I think would be ideal for me.. something with LSD, has some mods done to the handling side of things, engine not all that important.. and if it can be yellow all the better ;) was that a factory available colour? -

Thanks for the welcome guys!! And I've having to do loads of homework!! But the Starlet definitely has loads of potential, no doubt about that!! The GF isn't too sure about the look as she feels the Civic is sleeker and lower where as the EP91 is more boxy.. but I love how understated these things are!! 1.3 for fuel economy and a feather right foot or some kick ass turbo performance when planted.. just need to figure out how to get rid of the Civic and if my current insurance company is willing to let me transfer the policy onto a EP91 with mods..
