Hi guys is there anything on the ep95 that's the same as glanza? Starting to buy bits so it's all here. I know I need lights, bonner and front bumper, are wings the same and indicators? Rear bumper? Cheers

Anything that was attached to it can be removed.

Do you need to modify the steering rack if you remove the t pump or just drain the fluid out? I done same to my rx7 was the rack needed welded up first

Go to a breakers and ask for any bmw battery lines. There in the boot and you can get everything you need cheap Not sure the model mine came from but had fuses build into the cables, there longer cars so length will be fine too

why are you writing it on here when your in the next room lol Head bolts a be ok as im only runing standard boost for noo till i upgrade the fueling just need to clear the threads so they cn be torqued back up ok..

Hey guys im looking for the cheapest place to buy a full 5e gasket kit for the turbo build, vendors welcome cheers

Hey peeps thought id post up what im doing at the mo this is my first engine build so bare with me and please feel free to comment on anything im doing wrong lol.. The parts collected : The rusty old 5e block The 4e and 5e flywheels, im having the 4e machined at the min to the 5e bolt pattern, and the exedy clutch Random bits lol 4E head with 5E cams, just waiting to port is all Whoop Whoop!! 4E upper inlet, will be ported too Welded the oil retun onto the pan Box of bits lol Doubt it makes much difference but heres the oil retun holes so i ported them n smoothed them off whilst the engines apart This is the water pump hole which i ported too as there was chunks of metal everywhere lol I sanded the whole engine with a dremel n wire wheel to remove as much crap as poss... the a primer coat and wet sand, followed by 2 coats of hammerite, i`ll do another few tomoz dats it for the day lol Jack D time :rockon:

i would replace or at least clean your plugs, then remove and clean inspect the distributer cap, then check the leads.. but i reckon its one of the above :surrender:

so its 7500rpm? didnt think it was as high as that bud, well thats one less problem to sort lol..

well i used the 4e head but change over to the 5e cams so i should`nt get valve float then? Thats kewl then lol

id just rather be safe than sorry because if valve float does happen i cn end up wrecking the head and as there no too expensive to buy id rather fit some uprated ones if possible.. this is more the test build at the mo, in the future i plan on a fully forged engine with a 300+bhp aim :surrender:

Can anyone recommend some valve springs to use for a 5e turbo build to prevent the valve float? id rather solve the problem than not rev past 7300rpm`s lol.. cheers
