  1. as everyone else has said it sounds like fuel cut. my engine light used to come on when i was close to hitting fuel cut
  2. X 2 vxr nurburgrings arent that bad are they lol. have about 260-265 bhp so theyve got enough grunt

  4. my mate went from a glanza to a nurburgring, then bought a new s3. now he's sold the s3 and bought another nurburgring. he said he enjoys the drive and the noise isnt too bad lol

  6. if i was to get an apexi safc, what else would i need apart from the main unit. do they have any harnesses, sensors? are they universal
  7. thanks for the advice mate. think i might take it on the rollers in a few weeks and get it on 1 bar then. will most probably take it to mike @ monster motorsport so should be in good hands
  8. kool, il keep an eye for them. if i was to get it running 1 bar it would run very rich in the lower rpms, do you think that would damage then engine and cause bore wash maybe ?
  9. how much do the apexi safc or neo's sell for normally ?
  10. i know that ideally i should use an aftermarket ecu to run 1 bar on td04 but i was wondering if its still safe to run 1 bar using fcd and rrfpr, aslong as i get my fueling checked on the dyno ?

  13. yeh try and get the manifold on before you go on the rollers. dont want to risk the engine going bang

  16. that inlet is for the air filter bud. the maifold will still fit as long as its a ct9 hybrd.
  17. as luke said, if you can put it on then you might aswell. that way you will get the most out of your setup. have you got the gaskets to replace the old ones ?
  18. standard manifold has a restriction on the third runner.
  19. once youve put the manifold on then you can run 1 bar
