I have the same issue with the idle mate i have been told it could be the Lambda sensor or even take the inlet manifold off and give it a good clean. Craig

I completly agree with tuning of n/as as most people have said they cant afford the cost of the fte's. As asad has said set yourself a budget and concentrate on what you want to achieve. Kaaty give the Lightened and Balanced flywheels and pulleys a try. Me personally have not done much engine Mods and i was happy with my r&r result and i love the way my n/a drives. Craig

Cheers guys Yeah i had a little play and i adjusted the fronts but will have to do the rears some other time as the wheels need to come off. Little Update I had the GAB suspension fitted today and i can say they are extremly stiff suspension and i need to find out how to adjust them because they are on the hardest setting if anybody knows how to please help me out on the rears there is a little knob at the bottom can you adjust it whilst its still on the car.
