  4. ohh my god!! - this is awesome and ive only looked at page 9!!! You certainly have some tasty ladies lads!! and as for kaylee.....phackinell ;)
  5. rer arbs are good...it doesnt prevent binning it though, im still trying to find something that does other than driving lessons! lol looking good anyhow, keep it up!
  6. foudn a link with a how to on fitting. http://www.austarletclub.com/articles/do_i...ay_bar_ep82.php
  7. its true what me and wallace have said about toby helping them to design them etc, as for the contract, i dont know, obviously nothing was created/signed, therefore other suppliers are selling them. However, my point was that they are effectivly the ones toby sells, there will fit and know they are good.
  8. middle is street, and one nearest to the engine is for track. no pics, but its easy - took mine to garage as wanted it welded and bolted on. put the rear arb on the rear beam (attached to hubs) Then the bits with the holes points towards the rear of the car, you then attach the "droplinks" to the sill, which you need to drill and bolt the bracket too - i got my bracket welded up there too.
  9. enzo - my reply on tgtt arent these the exact same ones toytuning did? sure i saw a post off toby explaining them that he asked them to design some for the starlet, sent them samples etc, but he was to be the sole distributor of them, and powerflex could only sell to him?? as the price that toby sells them for is higher than what powerflex sell them for too.
  10. i wouldnt bother running it under the car with a fitler, the catch can is breathing out, its not like the air filter which is breathing in air, either leave it to vent to atmosphere, or stick a little breather on the end of it and will be fine.
  11. theres a huge thread on how the should be fitted over on tgtt. You can put it inbetween the pcv valve - as you look at the pcv valve on rocker cover, there is a hose going from this to inlet manifold, you can put can inbetween there. Or majority run it from the rocker cover brather to the catch can, then with the other port on the catch can either put a breather filter on it, or leave it to vent to atmosphere - does the same thing, but the filter will prevent the slight chance of oil spurting over yoru engine bay. Im going tobe running 2 catch cans, set up in both the above ways.
  12. cheers lads!! lol Im going to conquer my fears and go and see my good friend the bollard whilst im there....get some revenge too me thinks!! lol Plus ive sorted the problem of what made be bin, got a new steering wheel fitted, and feel alot more confident, plus i think ive just acquired some ohlins :surrender: Ill let you know nearer time if ill be there or not, as weekend after its the track day on tgtt in south wales....yes i bin it on a roundabout but im going on track...god help us all!
  13. i missed the krispy kreme bit, someone decided to put a bollard in my way whilst driving! lol Thanks to those that came back after anyway - just orderd a new civic race rad, new silicone hosing to replace the fmic pipework that was crushed. And the tracking, well thats way out due to the steering arm being bent....hopefully thats all the damage that i have done.
  14. aslong as its not being worked on, ill pop down.... will stick a thread up on tgtt, as on there. Dan
  15. road trip for the mancehester lot?? i dont mind popping along and lending a hand.
  16. tbh i would avoid the trafford and surround areas - chill factor is usually packed anyway. i wouldnt know where else to suggest.
  17. i would interested in popping down, however the fact its on a saturday, at trafford centre, and 7 weeks till christmas.....unless you plan on meeting at 10pm, you will be all parked in different car parks.
  18. have you tried pulling the bulb from the holder - im 99% sure thats what you need to do and just replace.
  19. think your best off putting how many litres instead of cost - as cost is different everywhere and also what type of fuel. on a full tank, managed to squeze in around 39 litres, i got 240, that was mixture of round town and motorway miles.
  20. just read this through, one point that has been mentioned - unless ive missed it, is the fact she is at uni. me and my mrs have been together over 3 years, and she is now in her final year of uni and moved in, around 45 mins drive from me, and ive hardly seen her, she comes home at weekend and works, were drifting apart, so not sure what will happen. anyway enough about my relationship, my point is, maybe she doesnt want to start a relationship on the basis that she may feel she will be missing out on something at uni, going out with friends, pulling fellow strangers, being typical young stu
  21. depends how long you want to spend cleaning your car: Meguirs gold class shampoo followed by clay bar (paintwork feels glass smooth afterwords!!) wash again. Autoglym Super Resin Polish - around 2/3 coats of this - this contains fillers, so will mask up some swirl marks and small scratches. Ideally you will need to seal the Polish then to protect it - i use poorboys sealent - needs to be left at least 2 hours before applying a wax. I use poorboys nattys paste. I have used turtlewax, autoglym deep shine(which is really just a polish), meguirs - and the poorboys stuff leaves it looking wetter,
