  1. Hello all, I am currently trying to purchase std replacement pistons, rods and bearings (both crank and rod) for a 1997 Toyota glanzaV but I have hit a problem! the pistons are listed as Mark 1/ mark 2 and mark 3, now toyota have explained that Mark1 (part no: 13101-11111-01) = 73.900mm and 73.910mm Mark2 (part no: 13101-11111-02) = 73.910mm and 73.920mm Mark3 (part no: 13101-11111-03) = 73.920mm and 73.930mm I have no idea which one is needed for the engine? It is just standard replacements im after, anyone know which one it is and/or why there is the choice? THANKS!!!!

  3. hello all, urgently need the code that is cast onto the rear brake calipers. what i mean by this is there should be a code on the calipers somewhere that identify them. Im trying to source them via a company called dingbro and the toyota part number is useless to them help help help! THANKS!!!!
  4. Well i discovered my split CV boot too late and now im getting a knocking when driving and turning so the joint must be gone! I have just got my new joint today but i have absolutly NO idea how to replace it? Is it a wiser choice to take it to a garage or is it fairly straight forward? As in depth an explination as possible on how to do it would be fantastic as im prone to hitting every possible problem that could ever arise!! Cheers!
  5. Sparky could you possibly do a wee step-by-step on how you done this? Im changing my CV joint later today but have very little idea what im doing! Cheers!
  6. Hello all, Few things and sorry in advance for the silly questions! ;) : 1. The CV boot that is closest to the wheel on the passenger side is that an outer CV Boot? And is it easy to replace? 2. Im going to be doing my rear brakes and wheel bearings on friday but i need a grease to put in with the bearings, does it need to be a high temp grease (around 200*C) or just a normal grease (around 100*C ish) and any advice on which make or where to buy the grease? Thanks alot! Wullie
  7. Out of interest mate, what grease did you put them in with? im going to be doing mine on friday but need grease to go in, does it need to be High temp stuff?

  9. i have that problem, I've had to be very strict with the Greddy controller so that the creep doent suddenly become a lurch its happened a few times hitting fuel cut still the HKS actuator and emanage will solve my problems the inital plans i had for the car would see it being something very special and perhaps one of the fastest in Scotland/Britain but i decided not to do that and just to keep it as a well modified fast everyday car as a Supra RZ or 300ZX is on the way next year i wouldnt dream of getting rid of her tho, its sooo much fun to drive and the looks of disbelieve from
  10. hope so, i want it sounding a bit meatier as well and louder the current exhaust is very very quiet unless your on the throttle also its stopping some flamage from getting through!
