  1. Oil getting in the inlet would just be burned in the combustion process. So shouldn't do too much damage in that respect unless it was sucking in huge amounts. I doubt it would be loads if was coming through a filter. How do you know it was the turbo that screeched? Sure it wasn't a belt? (Cam/alternator etc...) Did you clean under the cambelt cover? Oil may have caked a sensor somewhere in the inlet or you may have disturbed a sensor in the bay when cleaning. This could cause power loss.
  2. Legend. Wont need any additional flanges. Just the intake needs to be straight to clear my top mount cooler on the scoob. Will keep u posted.
  3. Ah nice. Should have said earlier. Think I have a cash buyer now though. If it falls through would you be willing to modify one of your TD05's then make the swap with me?
  4. The dealer where I bought the ECU and had it mapped details have been added to the advert above http://www.redlinetuning.co.uk/info2.cfm?info_id=222096 My build thread which shows original install and dyno graphs: http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/55604-nippon-matt-ds-v/
  5. Haha. You have one where the comp housing comes off easily? As I could have the 90 bend cut off and rewelded.
  6. Bump. Bargin here guys. This cost me over £600.
  7. Ignore that. Just looked. I need one without the 90 on it. Sorry.
  8. Can i fit the td05 with the 90 degree on a new age scoob? Or will i have to faf cutting and rewelding the comp housing?
  9. Hey. Yes that could intrest me unless a VF turbo or td05 side entry comes up. Turbo will be going on a Scooby anyway. ;)
  10. Item for Sale/Swap Dastek Unichip Q Piggyback ECU Item Condition & Description: Used but perfect condition. Had it on my Glanza and was mapped for the following spec making 232bhp: Stock internals, stock injectors, Externally gated TD04 at 1bar boost with mani and turbo back exhaust, 255FP, FPR, FMIC. I labelled all the wires when I removed it to reference the stock wiring loom and ECU. All that’s needed to install this with the current map is the stock ECU wiring diagram. (Which is widely available and I have a copy of) Here is where I bought the ECU and had it mapped: http://www.red
  11. Ah. No worries. Just renewed it. Thanks.
  12. Hi I cant start a new topic in the parts for sale section. I used to be able to. Any reason why this may have changed? Regards Matt D
