as title says. I get a really loud scream coming from my engine bay whenever the oudside temp is low. It only happens sometime but its always after the revs dip down to around 500rpm (ie at a junction) and if you quickly build up the revs then drop it the screaming stops. Im realy confuses as to what would be the cause of it, everything looks fine. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be great. damn things annoying me now.

Woooo! It passed its MOT today. just needed the cv boot replaced, so that was taken care of this morning. Took some pics just because i thought it was looking nice today. And the reason i was off the road for a weekend...

Its actualy lower than what the pics show, i took them just after i fitted the wheels and the car hadnt moved. after i drove it the springs settled, its not massivly lower but its ebough. It still looks like its moonlighting as a 4x4 though. Its probibly going to be the end of jan befor i get it lowered, sooner if i get decent pay this month

Car went in for its mot this morning... FAIL. Nothing bad justs needs a new cv boot fitted wich is getting done on tuesday. Other than that it sailed through, quite pleased with it.

Got it working. so i thought id post just incase anyone has the same issue. The copper ring behind the steering wheel needs to touch the copper post on the column. Simple solution, but it works, i was realy overcomplicating the whole thing from the start.

When i got my car the horn didnt work, didnt realy think anythign of it till now, got the mot in a few days. The horn works fine, as does the relay (i opened it up and pushed the contacts together and near scared myself half to death) So im thinking it could be the button on my steering wheel, ive got a standard non-airbag one. Does anyone have a link to a wiring diagram or can anyone point me in the right direction, as obviously its gona fail with no horn. Thanks in advance

Let the modifications comence!!! Just bought some wheels, rota grids 16" in bronze saw a pic of them on a black gtt and it looked imense so i had to go for it, with some yokohama tyres. That will be the end of the big mods till january mainly due to me starting to work sundays as of the 7th and generaly having no time to do the work. But over time means big pay and big pay means big mods. Planning on a wepr fmic, a mild steel manifold (from what ive been reading the mild steel ones are better than the stainless for starlets, someone please correct if im wrong) HKS Silent hi-power exhaust, coil
