seems the job.. can you order the turbo to intercooler pipe on its own ?

I like the Hdi kit especially the piping route and where bov is positioned , I def would like to see a revised version and as you say rick the core is way too big.

what sort of core do you reckon dimension wise would be better suited.. any opions guys ?

I have recently been looking at going down fmic route in the near future and have been lookin at the various fmic's on offer.. the HDI offers the best value, however as I have read with many of the peeps who have chosen this fmic its the core size that seems to be an issue due the cutting of the front end and the slight lag if used with a stock ct9.. I have emailed them to see if any revisions are being made and they have asked basically what other thoughts are and what core size ideally would we like to see ?

We are currently looking into changes for the intercooler for the EP91 Starlet kit. However at this point we can not give you a clear time line of when this will happen with some many developments being undertaken. Perhaps you can give us and indication from the consensus of the Starlet scene of the thickness that would best suit the front of the car. We appreciate your feedback.

Went on the TGTT NI meet on sat and rolled the car.. not bad considering all thats done

sweet i wasnt too sure and didnt want them to cause any probs.. sorry no can do with the wheels chief.. I sold the yaris to me mum and the wheels went with it.. the alloys are on the yaz at the mo but they can get transplanted for steely dans ! cheers jon

I have a set of used t sport alloys from me old car.. the current wheels on glanza cud be doin with a refurb and was wondering will the t sport alloys fit and do the car no harm while the others are away ?

Cant mind what bulbs exactly I changed but it was the bottom bulbs on both tail lights.. I took it to a local car electronics specialist who wired them rite through the car into the stock so when I put the front fogs on, the bottom bulbs in the taillights come on like rear fogs.. bit pricey at 50 quid but they are a real cunt with rear fogs in the MOT here in N.I and as asked didnt fancy the light stuck on the bumper.. hope this helps cus it can be done !

Naw thers no oil at all in the pipe from the rocker to pcv it was bone dry.. im convinced its coming back up from the turbo though the wheel r sumthin.. the cars not smokin at all to the best of my knowledge but ther is oil coming through the bov off valve too and the last time a took the smic off there was oil in the lining off the turbo to intercooler pipe. I just think its gettin worse now over time ?

Hi guys, hope someone can help me with this ? Bought a crank breather today and fitted it to the engine. Took the pcv valve of the pipe before blanking it off and noticed a bit of oil around the seal were it meets the pipe. stuck the finger in more and noticed theres a fair bit inside lining of the pipe.

Ive checked the pipe which connects the cover to the valve and thers no oil in it.. is this oil coming back from the turbo and is this a bad sign ? there has been a bit of oil coming through the bov but tbh a thought that was common enough.. its not exactly pissin out but me mate did point out a decent bit of splatter on the underside of the bonnet which covers it.

The cars def not smokin but ive noticed a slight bit of lag in the turbo of late, is this the 1st stages of the ct9's grim death ?

the mid 90's GSI astra seems to be big were I live.. ano a few guys that hav them and me mates one too.. always lookin to race but the way my car is at the mo would be no competition.. id get fryd !

Thats a lovely motor m8t.. if thats the one trevor brought in recently you got a bargain lad ! I actually pm'd him on tgtt about taking mine part exchange for that one but i would have lost too much on me own.. all the best with the car mite see u on the roads if im ever up that direction
