Its a crx c-pillar bar
i cut 10cm of the ends off and welted into a alloy pipe because it was to short.
Dont know if it is effective but its stiff, looks good and its a good place to mount a gopro

The Tüv got a database where they can find test reports for old wheels and yes it is possible to get wheels tested by the Tüv but they need 3 wheels for the tests after that these are scrab and furthermore the tests cost about 2500

but unfortunately in germany the legal framework has changed and a max load declaration on the wheels isn't enough to drive them legal.
In germany you need a test report about the strength
