lol @ ryno! Tottaly agree. (again) TGTT has A LOT MORE members, so if an issue like that is made public the outcome is inevitable, as there are A LOT MORE people reading it. The amount of knowledge and information available on TGTT is second to NONE.

If he crashed into you, and you have his details, you should be able to claim from his insurance. It invalidates your policy. If it was his fault, then his insurance should pay out. -
