ive always had viper on my cars. ive got viper 460xv with certificates and built in turbo timer 4 £275 on the gt and ive got a viper 480xv with certificates and pager, remote start, tilt motion sensor, proximity sensor and turbo timer 4 £600 on the glanza. www.motorguarduk.co.uk supplied and fitted alarms.

its not fuel cut. basicly insted of fitting the fcd i bought a emanage blue and i gave the car in for a remap. if you put your foot flat on the trottle whilst car is in neutral the revs go up to 6000 revs and drop down to 2000 revs then bounces up and down around 2000- 4000 revs. the car is hitting 0.5-.6 bar of boost. the mechanic said he believes its an electronic related problem he had a look around the engine but couldnt find anything wrong. some 1 plz help.

got my bonnet pins fitted
got boost,egt and oil pressure gauges fitted.
apexi avcr fitted
cusco front and rear strut brace fitted.
viper alarm fitted
cars getting a custom full exhaust next week and i should get the emanage blue in by next week 2.

im getting my egt probe fitted next week, ive been told the probe goes into the decat pipe.

Quite like the front but the rear looks a bit odd to me if I'm honest.
Thought about a black roof? I think it could work...
yeah i thought about painting roof black but thought that would be a step too far. also i really like the way the sunroof stands out and didnt want to loose that.
i think it mite look odd to you because it doesent have glanza writen along the quarters also i think i can do with some wheel spacers on the back.

Love this car matey, looks really nice. As said would be better if the black bits were Carbon but that would be very expensive. lol
thanks for the kind words, i might go for carbon lips in the future but gona concentrate on getting the last few bits finished, like exhaust.

very nice man. everything you have in black ( dunno if yours is carbon ) is what i want carbon fibre.

just my bonnet is carbon mate. its just the way i drive i didnt want to pay double for carbon lips and end up cracking or scraping them. this way i can get them repaired if i do damage them.

hi ive been a member for a few months now so i think its time to post some pictures of my glanza. ive been working on the car for 8 months. when i bought it i found it had a 5e bottem end and the engine was totally standard except for having an earthing kit and quick shift. car was imported by wrc and it looked like previous owner had taking out all the modz. i began on exterior i went for the evo extreme look. since owning the car ive bought and had fitted the following.

my cars also got a 5e bottom end if that make any difference to the problem and i all ready have a fcd but i didnt want to fit it but guess il have to. thanks for you replys

Sounds like you're simply hitting fuel cut then.
Get your boost gauge wired up and turn the boost down a bit.
but why aint all the turbo lights lighting up. is there any other way of checking if it is defo fuel cut.

What ECU/management are you using? And how much boost are you running?
ive got a standard ecu im waiting for my emanage blue harnesses to get wired in to a extention harness by nick.

Get a boost gauge, I can't believe you've done all those other mods without fitting one, its one of the most important things to fit on a turbo'd car.
ive got a sard pro el boost gauge ive even fed the wires into the car but i need to wire it up. i was planning on getting boost gauge, oil pressure gauge and egt gauge fitted with alarm thats why its not fitted at the moment.

hi last week i had lots of mods fitted to my 98 glanza e.g.
tongs hybrid ct9, sps manifold, hks actuator, blitz dumpvalve, hks spark plugs, magnacore 8.0 leads, blitz oil filter, air filter relocated, exedy racing clutch, trd engine mounts, civic aluminium radiator, throttle pulley and i had the timing belt, power steering belt, water pump belt changed. i also had a fuel filter and oil changed.
once all the mods where fitted by the mechanic i took the car for a drive and everytime i pushed the acceleration pedal to the ground the car just loses power and goes really slow and when i ease off the acceleration the power comes back. if i drive the car and slowly push the pedal down its fine it wont lose power but from the 3 turbo lights only 2 light up. the dumps valves are weak and im really confused. i currently dont have a boost gauge fitted to the car and i havent got a boost controller. please help

so a hybrid ct9 out of a gt is better in a glanza then a glanza ct9 hybrid.
