Id like to know a bit about this too... Through second gear im getting a bit of clutch slip when i boot it in high boost. Had my mate at work (i work at vauxhall) check it for me he said clutch is in fairly good nick... Im running a CT9B from a glanza, blitz exhaust sys baileys dv and an fmic, boosting at 1 bar...

yeah that was my first thought but its so hard to get your hand in there with the speedo to push it in the back that i could only do it so well, and that was by taking out the centre console to slip my hand in from the side! any thoughts on how to better get it into the back of the speedo housing?

Ok so last night i hit a rather large pothole getting on the M275, and then my speedo hit zero and wont move. After around half an hour it suddenly rose as i accelerated to 70 then just stayed there, even when i stopped. tapping the glass made this go back to zero, but its still dead. I've had the whole dash out today, checked the connection with the cable and cant get it any better than it is but still nout :surrender: been told new speedo cable and its still in ok at the gearbox, any thoughts? has this happened to anything else?
