cheers for the comments well finally got round to actually doing something to the alfa today, fitted by BMC filter wasnt do bad just need the usual tools, hacksaw, dremmel, files etc lol Jim

well as some of you will of noticed i sold my Glanza S to Turkish, my initial plan was to go for a glanza V or GT but then this came up for sale local in mint condition and at a good price, i have wanted one since i passed my driving test so couldnt pass it up Jim

got my engine torque damper fitted tonight after work massive thanks to Jezza really good quality product and easy to fit too Jim

car is looking great, i know the speedlines are a major characteristic of the SR but i must say the car drives alot better with the glanza rims on, its lighter on its feet and pick up much better Jim

how did you get round the TPS been different i have a turbo throttle body sat here but the TPS has a 4 pin plug yet my Glanza S only has a 3 pin plug Jim

It came from Jap show mate, one of the trade stands were selling random pipes for £5 each, my mate brought it for his almera GTI but then decided not to fit it so i fitted it on my GLanza, dunno what car it was actually for though Jim

I now have my 4EFTE intake manifold to try, as its going on an NA there is no need for the big sensor on the one end so i wanted it removing as i had time at work today i lasered myself a blanking plate Before with big ugly sensor After with plate Jim

so the 2 sensors can be left nice one i thought it was just a case of blocking off a couple of extra breather pipes etc, are all the water pipe connections the same mate? any pics of yours all fitted? Jim -
has anyone done this before? if so do the sensors on the oppersite end to the throttle body need connecting or are they turbo related only and can be left alot Cheers Jim

im after a new intake manifold gasket for when i start playing with my engine in the next few weeks, ideally id like one of the gizzmo gaskets that dont allow heat soak, does anyone know where i can get one from? Jim

Sorry mate we dont have anything in at the moment big enough, ill keep looking though incase something turns up finally new wheels are on and im well happy with them, ill be having them refurbed professionally over the winter. massive thanks to Iddy for supplying them, and to Emma for having the patients to hand paint the Rays logos silver Jim
