The guy that owned it was cameron95 he rolled it !then I bought it ripped the hart out and ran 210bhp on the lump for 1.5 years till it let go

The 5e top cover is the same as the 4e it's only the bottom one that's different

His car seem to run ok but he never finished the project and it still awaits proper mapping

They are not crower they are speedvision he sent a cam to them to get pin hole put in the right place iirc. He then sent that cam to people in a crower box. I had a set same as them with the same sheet above.

Me 2 there 2nd gen speedvision cams there pish IMO I sold mine and bought cruise ones

I've got 2 front ones that will need rings cause there rusted/seized but they arn't leaking

A power steering rack with out the assistance of fluid is so heavy

it I'll be a nightmare to manoover while parking and most mot testers will notice this and it will fail its test

Looks like an Evo thermostat housing it's attached to with a small pipe welded to it

The FMIC is a lovely piece of kit, surprised it hasn't sold yet tbh!

If it blows on idle and sounds shit it's because u have your actuator set wrong.. These things require the wastegate penny being tight or it will sound shite. This does mean that u can't run lower boost than normal but who gives a fuck about low boost lol

Mine for years hardly blew at all, maybe a little when cold but that soon stopped when it warmed up and sounded fine...

No I think ull find these leak because the part that separates the wastegate from the impeller isnt the correct size and never is and leaves gaps hence the blow buy the only way to do this right is to weld the separator on to the turbo or make sure it's machined/ made bang on

If u tighten your actuator ull just increase the boost

U must of got lucky with your's it obviously swells when hot and fills the hole

If fitted loads of these and they all leaked = pish wate of money buy an external waste gate manifold cause ull experience boost creek with your ct9 anyway and an external will fix that to

That mount is a Bargin and very scarce sure that wont last long Glws

Don't think he has finished mapping it yet, sure it will be nuts !!

Mine is a hybrid version but I Received my new wategate last week so that will fix my leak and reduce spool time more

And allow me to finish mapping if my gearbox holds up ond don't shred more gears

K series turbos are great I love my k26

The k24 u have a link to there is off a tdi Volkswagen so it won't work as deisel turbos are low blow

U will find a k26 easy enough tho cause there found on old Audi quattro or a turbo porsche

K24 how evey are becoming more scarce every day

Good stuff it's def looking fresher On the front than it was when built it the old bumper was awfull
