my side lights and fogs are yellow from std u cant remove them as they are part of the head light

Cant just harden a bolt to make it tougher, it would just snap if it was just hardened.
Forgot to say to be honest! Its running 0.7 / 0.8 on STD ecu just now. No time to get back down to see Russ.
made of different stuff to make it harder good stuff as long as she's going thats all that counts get the mapping in

The yeild of the material used is diffirent,
hardend bolt
keeping boyndie a secret ?? take it your cars going ok now !
-
Factory settings wont cut it due to the material used in manufacturing the head bolts are diffirent!! Mine are done per ARP and i never had any issues torquing them down.
sorry but i think thats utter shit factory settings work fine and still are in loads of engine's inc mine @ 1.8 bar ! thay are exactly like a std bold hardend !

THREE Starlets being broken at the moment!
going buy the age of them they will all be ep91's

The cylinder head is back off now, suspected headgasket problem but I think it was due to not torquing the ARP headbolts enough. I was going to retorque them and put it back together but then decided to remove the head to inspect the gasket, and it's in good shape so it just needs to be put back together now.
so what torque settings u going to use now ?? factory ones ???
-
don't u use the factory torque settings i always do arp's or not ! and I've never had to re torque them after any amount of miles !!
first stage:22nm

this happened to my mate a while ago he used a non genuine gasket set pretty much the same kit uv got
he got the head skimmed etc fitted it and 150miles later it blew between 2 cylinders so we stripped it again cleaned all faces. fitted a genuine Toyota gasket and it still runs till this day !
