Cheers Chanelle! Yeah I need some advice on springs though, like would lowering springs do with standard shocks? I'm like 60/40 more towards handling rather than looks. But yeah everyone's right, it is sitting like a moon buggy atm. They're only 14's.

Well basically started my driving life with a 106 which I wasn't really happy with as I wanted a jap car but I figured it'll get me used to the roads a bit. 2 months later I just gave up and I decided it's time. I went on the hunt and found an unreal deal on a 1.3 starlet sportif in white. 47,000 miles on it and the dealer considered trade in's. Essentially I paid £800 for my starlet plus my old 106. This is how it looked. Immediately the next day some smoothing had to be done. This took all in all about 3/4 days. Next thing I went about

Was wondering if anyone knew the best way to go about getting custom letters to put onto car. For example if you wanted to have a name or something, you would have to get letters to put onto car. Anyone know where I could get something like this?

Just curious, what's considered an illegal number plate? Getting new ones tomorrow as reg has changed and was planning on getting squarish ones jap style of course

Hmm yeah I've been reading more and more and the general opinion is what Enzo had said that an open cone filter won't do much good as it just gets alot of heat soak. For that enclosed filter job, it looks beyond me but also very interesting. What sort of money would you be talking for that?

Hah what's that set up you have going there? I'm devastated now, I just thought I had to get one of those cone filters and that'd be me. As for back boxes, know of any decent ones for not too much? [sorry for bein a pain XD]

Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Have a 1.3 sportif standard but looking to get an air filter and back box for it. Budget isn't that high but don't want to be buying crap that will just give me problems later. Been looking on ebay etc and just can't find anything really. Yeah don't think I will go for them, i'll just wait for ones I actually want. The style I'm looking for is ridiculously expensive though and can't seem to find a cheaper alternative! Kinda style i'm after is these.

But alloys are coming first Finding it so hard though to find a decent set for not too much. Well anyways, after 2 days of hard and tedious work I've got it sitting like this! XD
