  1. cheers for the comments folks. im guna put the RG's on the mk1 this week some time, just to see how it looks.

    i will try get a video of it, i had a blast last nite with a 340 bhp TT, one of the new ones,

    and the fella's reaction afterwards was " thats a F-ing Rocket" lol.

    im very pleased with it. Launch Control Rocks.

  3. maybe you done your mods in the wrong order lol. the brakes were the first thing done to mine, then coilovers, and a stereo lol.

    i dont think you would get anywhere breaking it, sometimes you have to just cut your losses and sell, either that or break it, and be left like you said, with bits forever lol.

  4. yeh, i thought it was a bit overpriced.

    i think people are just looking for a quick buck, Glanza.co.uk more or less said that on his car, he built it to sell, its been done cheap, somehting else he admitted, and then it got a sky high price.

    im tempted to get one, but i would like to know what sort of power the tranny can take, but im not too keen on being the tester for this, for it all to go tits up not much over 300bhp.

    i think as said, the 85 is the cheapest way to do it. just depends of you can get all the other bits cheap enough.

    uve got two, one for track, and one for road, then you wanna sell your one for road, and take a px of another starlet, or just sell it, and buy another glanza?

    why get rid of yours, to buy another? do you need money? or is it fucked or summit?

    to be honest, you can go by much of this, because i know people arent making those terminal speeds with higher powered starlets.

  7. i would imagine, as its 4wd, the power is split, altho i believe there 60-40 front to back, thats only 150-100 per axle, so in dry conditions, there shouldnt be any spin, or if there is it would be very little.

    on the bright thing, nah not very bright me. same as everyone else who thought it had been worded wrong.

    best bet is to find some1 who has one, and see, altho so far, i dont recal of many large-ish powered 4wd ones, maybe the pukka boys have one.
