It's because the civic rad is thicker so that's why you need to trim a couple of inches off the radiator end of the hose.

This is probably not in the right place but close enough. Has anyone fitted a saxo power steering pump and if so what is the thread on the female connection for the supply?

I trimmed my samco starlet ones slightly so they weren't as long then stuck them in boiling water. They go on with a bit off fettling.

Needs to be able to charge a gel battery, Thinking about the accumate or CTEK but unsure which CTEK does gel batterys.

Looking good, keep up the good work. Does the the swirl pot allow you to fit the internal pump internally? That sounds silly but hopefully you know what I mean.
