thats ideally what i want with my BOV. I have a HKS BOV, that is adjustable, but no chatter at all. when i adjust the screw, not alot changes. its not a HKS 2, looks smoother a slightly bigger? is it a possiblilty its worn out the spring? really want the high pitched 'chirp' of a HKS but its no where near that, really deep sound cheers

have a HDI FMIC and wanna mess about by blanking the 35mm BOV hole for chatter. was wondering the best way of doing this and where should the pipe from the inlet manifold go? blanked aswell? thanks

will i need to relocate the BOV once i fit a HDI fmic? if so do i need a reducer pipe and where can i get these? thanks

I had to replace the rear shocks with KYB's due to an MOT failure. after doing this the rear top mounts came through into the boot, which i know is a common problem. so i just replaced them. After only a month of driving exactly the same thing has happened again! i am starting to think maybe the springs are knackered and are leaving too much of the work to the damper. anyone else had such a problem? any help would be greatful. thanks

Just last week replaced rear shocks and the top of the shock has coming shooting through the car through the top mounts. the top mounts were not replaced but from what i can see replacement ones are only the rubber, and what has actually come throught into the boot is the screw and metal disc? if i replace the top struts will this solve the issue, and anyone know of any upgraded ones so i will not have the same problem again? thanks

recently my exhaust has failed me and need a whole new system. I had a HKS Super Dragger before and would really want something very similar again without the biggest price tag? any suggestions? thanks

without sounding stupid, which hose do i put to it?

thanks guys for the feedback, got into putting the HKS on, but it only has 1 vaccum pipe needing to be put onto it, but the one already on there has 2? is this normal for only 1 to be connected? also the air con pump/air flow pipe are a bit in the way to get the old one off, any ideas? thanks

Ive done this as i think its boosting, according to my turbo gauge, well over 1 bar, which is quite scary without any other mods to air flow etc. the actuator on there is not threaded, so am really presuming its standard?

Have just purchased a glanza that was running with a Jam ECU, with standard internals and no mods, and boosting over a bar! so have swapped back to the standard ECU, My problem is it is still boosting up to 1 bar and hitting fuel cut, it is running a standard actuator but think it may be sticking closed possibly? I have a HKS adjustable actuator but no instructions or measurements so dont know where to wind the thread to? Has anyone experienced this or have any other idea why its boosting so much? Also any measurements for the HKS? thanks
