Thats a good price!! Yea basically gotta undo the screws take the top off and replace but its a nightmare compressing the spring to get tohe top back on so I am told. Yea if you got a .7bar spring then you can run above .7 with a bleedvalve/boost controller etc

You can only run above spring pressure mate so no if you want lower boost you need a lower rate spring
