Best advice here I can totally relate to how you feel bro, its harsh. I have tried my best (with the ex) to be mr nice guy and do everything for her and put her before ME, but that how you get hurt and walked over. DONT let it happen, DONT text her or ring her, DONT think about her, do something else to take your mind off it, go out with lads you know that are single and that will open your eyes a bit, you will be having so much fun you wont even think about her.
