I speak from experience, I had 194/45/15s, 205/40/16s and now 195/50/15s The 15s with 45 profile tyres looked lost in the arches, if you go for 15s i recommend 50 profile I was merely stating which looks best IMO
Nice write up Marc ;) Im sure Starlet ECU's arent remappable but someone else can clear that up for you. First mods I would recommend would be to sort the breathing out. A decent filter, full exhaust system (mani and decat aswell if your are going to keep the CT9 turbo) and a front mount intercooler. You will hit the fuel cut then so I would recommend getting a HKS actuator to hold boost stable and a fuel cut controller But before all that you would need a boost gauge and to uprate the brakes and suspension ;)
They are nice wheels!! I have D2's and have had both 15" and 16" wheels ;) Didnt notice any difference in performance or handling really, but I think 16" wheels look better and fill the arches nicely ;)
Looks awsome Toby ;) Just a quick question about the Carbon Culture Bodykit, could you sell the skirts seperately and how much? ;) Thanks and all the best with it ;)
Looks very nice mate, lowered and nice wheels would be a huge improvement!! My mate has red GT3's on his silver civic...really suit a silver car I rekon ;)
Gotta agree on the lights ;) Would also source some lowering springs amd think about changing the wheels (or just the colour scheme) Other than that very smart ;)
Dude Fondmetal three spokes were the daddy when I was like 8 ;) Nah shes looking awsome Chris whats the plan with the wheels now, decided on anything? ;) They are 15s to anyone asking, they actually look alright on the car but yea they still gotta go ;)
Seen you the other night in Blackwood mate I know you seen me but thought I would say your car looks awsome now your lowered it You coming to the next south wales meet?
