thanks for the help people so in theory I could put the timc on the standard setup without adding anymore mods and get some performance increase? and is an extra .5 safe with that setup?

I got a baily aswell im same as the guy above it leaks constantly

I know about changing the oil and letting the car heat up and cool down properly but is there anything else that has a big effect on the life of the engine? also when my car is idling somtimes the revs fall and the engine feels like its going to cut out then they will go back up. this only happens once the engine has heated up its an ep91 any help? Picking up my glanza turbo on friday cant wait! its pretty standard just now but hopefully improve it after christmas, coilies first I think then see what happens Anyway just came on to say hello to everyone
