Oil level is fine

Think I may have a problem. So it started with the oil light flickering I changed the oil pressure switch and that stopped the light from coming on but a freind suggested installing an oil pressure gauge so I've done that. Now I'm not seeing any change from cold to warm it's just sitting at just above 1 bar unless I rev the engine it goes up as the rpm goes up. So it seem right with what Adam has said 1 bar for every 1000 rpm but I'm not getting 5 bar on a cold idle

Any input on this would be much appreciated as I'm at a lost end googling it

Yeah I'm going not in the starlet though as it's sitting on bricks in my driveway. It's good for a look round if anything

I bet I can sort it. I'll need to test drive it another 85 times though. Overnight. Least there's plenty technical info to read through on here lol. If I end up with the starlet bug again it's 100%your fault

You still have loads of time to buy one so get buying. In the mean time I need this back on the road

Not been out in for a few weeks. its needing new coilovers and got a oil pressure issue I think. Ordered a new pressure switch today so hopefully it's just that that's faulty

‍♂️ cars currently off the road just now but won't be for long. Would be up for meets etc

Rear coilovers or full set. Must be in good condition. Cash waiting

Just bought neo95s glanza at the weekend. Traveled down to Coventry from Edinburgh.

The drive home was amazing. The car is perfect. needs a little tweaking.

All in time as I learn more about these great little cars.

Developed a little problem at the end of the journey and can only assume it was the long drive, the revs are sitting up at 2000rpm when driving but if I give it a little rev when I come to a stop it settles back down.

Any ideas ?????
