  1. I've owned my 350z since march 2010. It's had a lot spent on it and i haven't regretted it one bit. In terms of fuel, it drinks a bit but not a crazy amount and beware of modified engines running 400+ bhp as the stock internals are at their limit around that figure.

In terms of speed i can't stand people who say it's slow, etc. .... slow compared to what?... an evo 8 fq??!! Go home. There will always be a faster car on the road and if that's what a person is worried about get a grand drag car and stick them the V's!!

Just tonight i had a brand spanker m3 playing with me and whilst visibly faster he kept edging me he simply didn't have the road or power to overtake. When you get to certain power on the road there really isn't anything in it. That's just my 2 cents ofc. Good luck with whatever you decide to buy!! You can have my zed if i can find a 1968 datsun gtr! :)

  2. Word of caution, be very careful with snap offs, i saw a car go across 2 lanes of a dragstrip, through barriers and into the crowd seriously injuring several people at GTi International all due to a 'snap-off' steering wheel that aptly did what it said on the tin......it snapped off!! Be careful!

  3. Happened to pop by this year with a couple of friends just to see what's about, nothing particularly special but, a fun day out nonetheless :D

Shame about the weather at times, bit of a shower as soon as the drift championship started.

Personal car of the show: has to be the built drift Toyota GT86 competing in the drift championship

  4. Thought I would share these photo's with you all.

Taken 19.08.12 (Sunday) at Prescott Hill Raceway, general fun day where owners could take their cars along with some 'fit-for-purpose' hill-climb cars up the hill. Hell of a hot day and great fun, recommended to all!! Enjoy!

  5. Very cool! Though the only way you'd be able to use the car to actually drive would be to get bags and not coilovers. I run my zed Damn! low and at present the left tyre rubs when going round a roundabout. Head over to the dub forums and ask golf and polo owners more about bags, they seem to be the main users.

  6. Sister's b/f has a Corsa VXR and the gearbox has gone at 7k.

They are really nimble fun little cars, but it drinks equal to my Zed and doesn't have the pull my car does either as your foot seems to be pressed harder to seem to get close to the performance of big engine. I suppose some would say an unfair comparison, but those little VXR's would be a great trackday toy.

Bear in mind all these new hatchbacks are getting heavier too!
