They are still about unfortunately , max power may be dead, but the morons live on! Horse and carriage?...Can you imagine overtaking?...one week later! ;) I wish it was still 65p, a full tank would cost me just £40. The big difference with America is it seems to be the rich drive the 'eco-cars' and the poor drive the fuel drinkers, it will always be that way because these so called eco cars are more expensive than your average petrol car (madness considering they all want us to buy them). People also don't like change and alot of this eco-madness (call it what you will) is a con, a fad meant to scare people into buying the next generation of tools and items that they just don't need. Take Apple for instance, they had the consumer market nailed, bring out a touch phone, bring out a newer touch phone with a camera, bring out an even newer touch phone with a HD camera then bring out a stupid 'trigger happy tv style' pad thing. People buy it because everyone else is 'doing it'. So called celebrities don't help the fact either, pretty much telling people what they should act like, be like and look like. Sorry rant over!

Insurers are always looking to make the most amount of money. So once people say move from an abundance of Saxo's or Corsa's, etc and move, to say Starlets and Golfs then they will determine that there is more risk involved with that particular car because there are so many people using it. It's not the sheer 'amount' of accident, but the risk involved. It's basically them saying we can charge this much because there are more people that will have a crash in that said car. They charge obsene amounts and incorrect anyway, for example most 17 y/o kids will be quoted £3000 for a £500 vauxhall corsa 1.0 , now how on earth do they get that figure? That with the cost of petrol puts a real downer on driving these days. I refuse to ever drive an electric car!! I'll become mad max and search for the last bit of fuel before that ever happens!

England is going through a financial crisis, you'll all be lucky to make £1000 a month unless you have a favourable job unfortunately. You can also thank immigrants for driving the wage down and employers for accepting them instead of British jobseekers. When they can pay someone £5 for doing the same job you want eg. £8, they will think of the cost. Until legislation comes in to prevent employers from paying petty wages to non-UK the bad times will continue. The best thing if you are after a better wage /lifestyle would be to search around for different jobs and be prepared to move locations. There's a reason why people in cities earn a good sum and the plentiful jobs available, however knock for knock they have to pay the highest charges for living. Myself, I live in the country and I wouln't even consider moving to a city just for a better wage packet. Although I'd love more, I'm not on a bad wage and country life is...cheap and fun!

Find your basic colour matches (colours that compliment your car) and then decide on the type of design. i.e. for a black car, a dark grey can sometimes be the subtle touch that's needed, in other words, it's not a "look at me" type sticker, but an addition to simply enhance the look of the car.

You cannot attempt to better a car by destroying parts of it. Manufacturers put the parts in for good reason. Modifying is an expensive hobby and should not be attempted by anyone without this thought in the back of their mind.

Hi mate, I've posted literally everything I took today, after forgetting my best lens and only bringing 1 mem card I tried to get as many starlets as I could. Sorry I haven't managed to get more, I'd imagine I'll be coming to the next event, Monster Motorsport perhaps with Dave so I'll come a little more prepared. If you would like some photographs whilst I'm at any of these events, please just grab me and I'll dedicate a folder for you (that also goes for anyone wanting some dedicated photographs of their car, I also edit them to suit).
