okay mate cheers for the advice im going back in tomorrow to talk to my manager anyway

the manager told me that the boss will jusr rehire me anyway and i have been there just over 3months and never got offered a contract

i never sighned a contract thats the problem i have i definatly never reciever any warnings theres no cleaner at work but the boss does it and my job title is traniee painter, preper and stripper and the company isnt a chain

yeah ryan thats what im thinking the guy has been done fir a few thinks before like not paying tax and stuff so i may take him to court on unfair dismisle if i can

Mine was the flange that sat on the turbo, the flange was warped or something and didn't sit flush so pissed out everywhere

well someone of you may have noticed at japfest yesterday my freshly painted front bumper had a scuff on it on the way to japfest yesterday i caught the splitter on a curb, pretty stupid i no but ohwell, i will blow it in at somepoint i did over 600miles this weekend aswell so the car was filthy so today gave it a good clean, wax and polish water beading shiny

cheers lads, i have to say a smothed 98spec bumper is mint!! and second year in a row i have painted the front bumper a dew days before japfest lol

bumper done only took 8months lol in primer and painting also bought some cleaning products and got a hdi hot pipe sadly not to keep but going to get some made up
