so just cut the feet of and re-weld them yeah?

just realised that i cant do that if i extend the bars i wouldnt be able to bolt into the hole as there would be no way of getting to the hole so my other option is to get my evo rails and cut the feet of them and weld my ep91 feet onto the evo rails

i have a bride rail to fit onto my recaro seats this is the the rail in quetion and the holes circuled are where i need to bolt through onto the seat and here are the holes on the underside of the seat i need to bolt the rail onto now i can only line up one hole at a time here is the rail lined up to the seat how can i modify the rail to fit onto the seat? can i weld a longer piece of metal onto the original bars and then remove one of the original bars and move it to line up with the holes on the seat? i cant weld anything onto the seat as the seat ios being re-trimmed in a few weeks

might be able to get one off a import porsche or merc that i have at work will have a look on tuesday and see if they still have them in there

will do it before i paint it just didnt have anything at home to cut it with but will have my tools at work

the skrts and spoiler are all repaired and ready to primer but i didnt have anyway to put them whilst painting lol so priming them either before i paint it or tomoroww

ummm did someone say JAM? JAM rear bumper and front lip in primer ready to be sanded down tomorrow before primer (nd yes i did primer in my garden as it was such lowvely weather today lol) and after a few heavy coats of primer now in the garage drying over night i was gouing to primer the rest of the kit tomorrow but my compressor is just shit to be honest so will prime the kit just before i paint it which will hopefully be next weekend

now all you have to do is drive to ace cafe in london on the 8th may for the meet lol cant wait to see this in the flesh!

okay cool so i can weld longer bars over the top of the original shorter bars? and that will be safe and no risk of snapping off? lol

i cant weld anything onto the seat tho as i need to remove the rails when the seats get re-trimmed in a few months time

so weld the original rails? or the bride rail? could i just remove the metal slats going across the bride rail and re-weld two longer bits to fit the seat?

i just got mine from europarts brand new bosch one costing £50 will get the model number for you as its different to all other batteries

these look imense in red! have a red sl500 in work at the moment and it looks the tits and it will match your car nicely aswell

going to take them round to a few local trimmers and get prices im expecting to pay around £400 a seat
