Just noticed a have hks acutator and it is hit 8.0 boost does that explain fcd

Turnd fcd down to 0 now it hiting fuel cut will a put it back to 8

hi there.. My car is pretty standerd apart from an open cone filter exhaust and dump valve engine wise.. But a just noticed its got hks fcd! Will this damage my engine?
