5e is so much better to drive off boost then the 4e

yeah gonna see what i can get my hands on cams bigger exhaust system and bigger turbo i think

yeah need to get some cams i had two sets of speedvision cams but none of them shimmed up so dont know wot other cams there are to buy my exhaust system is only like 2 and a quarter inch needs to be like 3 inch

well went to the dyno today had a few problems with the exhaust and the oem cams being restrictive got the boost up to 1.7bar but didnt really make any great power heres a pic and the print out

he was abit slow at getting back to me when i brought the mani when I've got the rest of the mapping done i wouldnt mind doing some local meets

cheers dude the limiters only set at 7300 at the moment gonna play around with it on the dyno also i have been looking at bigger turbos aswell so might be having a change after xmas

gonna try and get it on a hub dyno at the end of this month so il post it up if it gets done

always gonna have lag when you want big power tho

nothing wrong with a bit of lag dude the 5e engine pulls hard without the turbo lol just means you need to be in the right gear the boost doesnt drop off between gear changes at all plus it means i can keep it off boost easyer and get good mpg

cheers mate im not sure i want to get a varis bumper as they are getting quiet common now nah dont want to swap love the purple to much got it ffrom the local scrappy mate isnt it abit battered up that bumper

must say im not really a fan of the bumper but it needed chopping to get full use of the intercooler

cheers guys it took me like a hour to up load these photos my laptop is shit and old lol the cars running at 1.1 bar at the min which means it should be like 330bhp getting it dynod at the end of the month so we can get the boost up to 1.6 bar ;) the inlet was from a company in oz paid like £380 for it and it starts spooling a 3500 and on full bost by 5000 il get some vids when im at the dyno

its about time i did one of these threads i wnt add all the pics i have because il be here all day lol this was the car when i got it the car had a td04 kit with a jam ecu which i soon got bored of so i took it off the road for a year to have some work done by jd modified the spec as it stands now fully forged 5e fully balanced ported head td06 20g turbo orc clutch lsd box 800cc injectors dual feed fuel rail hdi fmic tial ext wastegate wepr mani and down pipe power fc and comander avcr walbro fuel pump cant think of all the parts but thats most of them how it looks now let me know what you think

i sent him money for cams only £40 but sent it as a gift my mistake guess im abit to trusting at least someone knows his address if we dont recieve our bits
