He said it failed on Co2, I thought the standard cat cut down on other toxin not Co2. Balls that will be wank to do!

I will do that as a final resort but is there nothing else I could do that might get it through the free retest? I have just been reading an Oil change, new plugs an filter combind with a hard drive before a test can help to bring down emissions!?

HI Folks

My 96 Glanza just sailed through everything on its MOT apart from emissions. I have not has this problem before and the car has been running its current set up for about 2 years. I have most of a stage one set up including blitz exaust and decat, Front mount inter cooler, induction kit, adjustable hks actuator. Whats the first or easyest way to get my emissions down?

Any help would be much apreciated, I have 10 days! eek

I got my turbo ported at a local recon place cost me £50 well worth it I think I have had no boost creep problems at all. I found this which I though was interesting : http

The inner housing of a good hybrid should be honed smoothed and enlarged as far as im aware. I guess that must take special tooling. I could be wrong on that though...

I'm running just under 12psi with part of the intake still on, down pipe, flowed manifold and my waste gate ported. I have had no problem's boosting yet even on the coldest days.

Alright as above I have a type 1 HKS timer (but the older version) I would love to get it fully working once installed does anyone know where I can get a specific wire diagram for a Glanza or where the rpm wire and 'speed wire' would splice in to??

Any help would be much appreciated ! There must be others that have been through this...

Me to its better than nothing though I guess!

Rear ARB and anti lift kit made sooo much difference to the way my car handles. I would seriously consider doing it ! Second hand one's do come up from time to time!

I did my Glanza last week it took 1.9 ish before it started pouring out.

Wow its weird this has just been posted because I put my skates/kit back on and played hockey for the first time in about 8 od years last thrusday. Got on ok found a few muscles I haven't used in a long time. Still got my street skates somewhere with little grind wheels in the middle, Planning on going to another hockey training way more fun then the gym. Not really sure why I stopped all those years ago.

@ DavidA Have ya ported your waste gate?? I was thinking about getting a Gizzmo controller, The MS2 with built in timer...
