how did it go in? it just looks like a push in bung, in the top of the airbox

Just fitted an induction cone to my N/A, and when i emoved the airbox of the inlet pipe there was a push in plastic thing, is it some sort of sensor? car runs fine without it, just unsure on whether it needs to be there?

As in the title, what sort of benefit would i get by decatting it? Thanks

Best thing to do mate is use whatever you can to get it back to bare metal, polish it like mad then relaquer it, i did a set of wheels before, with nitromors! that works great, but obviously you would have to tape the spokes up, dont want it on there!

What induction kits are there about for the N/A`s? and if there isnt much about i will make one with a universal filter, what size is the intake pipe diameter? Thanks1

And subtle but nice upgrades: Wheels first Square plates Coilies or springs ARBs and strutbraces Audio (done) Custom intake on a corrola manifold decat for now, then in the future a full system manifold back. Excuce the pics, not enough room on the drive and crappy camera phone. And Amjad, under the bonnet it says its 6P3 After a pressure wash and a polish with autoglym super resin polish.

Just spent the night from about 6:30 to 10:30 destripping, stickering and badging ( minus the toyota emblems). havent even got round to polishing it yet! Will get pics up tomorow afternoon, got teh day off so it will be immaculate by the end of tomorow Still cant believe how clean this thing is! under the bonnet is fantastic as well! had a look in the back and the rear seats are still new looking, and the carpets havent been touched in the back, original carpets throughout and the only one that is marked is the drivers one Buzzing!

OH YEH! just got it now for £570. absolutely immaculate condition, one owner, and a huge servie folder all from the same place. will give it a quick clean and get some pictures up! 6 months tax and mot as well!
