Best thing to do micky is buy a wideband, get the td04 kit fitted and then have a play, see what readings you get, if its a bit lean just get a FPR. Thats all im going to do when i change the turbo, Im pretty sure it will fuel them as they run very rich on the ecus!

How loud is the Buddyclub mate? As above i have the HKS system and its too quiet for my liking, However i dont want something thats antisocial lol, Or droney etc? The centre silencer on mine has a few dings, but nothing major and it has no blows, its in VERY good nick

The thing inside your heater box man! Remove that and tape up all the holes. make sure you leave the filters in though

Most probably plugs, but check all your leads and dizzy, inside they corrode and can cause this problem

Best way i found when fitting my recaros was a hacksaw lol. Straight through the middle, then the pin pops out the feet leaving a nice bolt shaped hole. Bolt to new rails, Wallah. Obviously not that easy on all seats lol

What boost did you run it at phil? If it was mapped to 1.2 bar on a TD04 and you ran say 0.8, Yes its not an ideal setup for your car but it would still run okay if a little on the rich side. Sounds like it has been out on the timing, Or been very lean to cause that much heat. If it still turns over its hopefully just the rings...

I tried my N/A steelies over standard glanza v brakes and it was nowhere close to fitting. Doubt there will be a lot more clearance on the alloys?

In my expierence of these tyres on my N/A And Glanza is this Rainsport 2s>T1rs>>>>>>>Paradas. Rainsports are epic in every situation, especially backroads, t1rs are okay but shite in the wet and crap when lowish on tread, paradas are good in the dry on smooth clean roads and thats it, shite at everything else. Dangerous in the wet. Wont go near them with a bargepole ever again!!
