<p>Item Condition:</p>-----Right guys the time has come for me to think about selling up as i wanna move into my own place this year and need to save some monies......reluctantly my car has to go for something small engined or diesel to save on insurance etc.... im kind of guaging interest really as too see if people are interested. my car is a sportif (1997) with full ep82 turbo conversion using glanza looms ecu and plasma clocks....this car runs 0.5 bar of boost which its set to....doesn't use any oil or water and doesn't smoke (apart from condensation on cold mornings which all cars do)...the engine ive used has done 100,000km and in the last 3 months has had 2 oil and filter changes and cambelt and water pump also changed.....only bad things are very small marks on bodywork and injectors are a bit tappy....but ive been told this is standard for starlets really......its running a bleed valve front mounted air filter fuel reg and fcd...cleverly mounted intercooler with custom pipework cooling is very good as sits in front of fan and has cold air feed pipe to it. hi guys ive got a problem with my sportif turbo..... when the car is cold it doesn't start....unless ran on easy start first...once its started it runs on its own fuel and when warm fires up fine ...... i reckon its either fuel related or a sensor gone down..... ive got the engine management on when cars running.....it hasn't got coolant temp sensor plugged in at the moment as im awaiting it to arrive does anyone think it could be linked to this problem??? any help would be appreciated regards steve.

i am mate to be honest its not finished but gonna blitz it this weekend was a mixture mate really there was alarm in glanza loom i brought and cut it out and re-joined the wires....but found there was one further up the loom with high resistance and was broken...also car was losing slight air from fuel filter top banjo bolt as id left one of the washers off in a rush.....and one vacuum pump wasn't connected properly.... but its almost ready for road

i thought this but trust ep82 looms are harder to deal with better to just buy a glanza loom ecu and clocks as i found out i brought a gt for £1000 broke it for spares and kept what i needed after spending £280 on clocks glanza loom and ecu its cost me £280 b ut my gt had a full cage and some mods etc so made my grand back and still have interior and doors etc left over which i havent sold lol but i may be putting mine back to standard as its looking like i need a more economical car for work... yeah i know lots of people who have spent £700-£800 on decent engine

im in middle of converting mine at the moment and all its cost me to do mine is £280 lol

hi guys im trying to get my conversion running im using a glanza loom and ecu with a 4efte engine from a gt......i came to start it and will only crank.. will not fire ive checked fuel etc and thats all ok but i have no spark?? i was thinking this may be either be a coil pack or dizzy cap/rotor arm... i have power down to the coil pack (12volts) but only 0.73 volts down to the distributor?? can anyone help me??? regards steve.

yes mate they all work plus when i turn key to start car nothing happens at all

yes mate the throttle senor and coolant sensors are different but ive changed them for glanza ones bud just is really bugging me now

hi guys im doing a sportif turbo build im running a fte engine from a gt and ive got a glanza ecu looms and clocks.... ive put looms in but unfortunately car wont start....i also have no oil light or no engine management light on the dash when i turn ignition on .. can anyoone help???? thanks steve......... (ps) ive checked efi relay and all is well with that so im stuck

this may be a daft question but are the engines in a glanza the same as in the gt?? no extra sensors etc??? plugs all the same??? anyone who can help much appreciated regards steve.

right basically im using an ep82 engine in my n/a turbo conversion however im struggling with wiring.... if i was to buy a glanza ecu both inner and engine wiring looms and clocks will it be a straight swap and away i go??? many thanks steve.
