rough out all kerb marks etc with rougher paper like 240 grit then go down finer to like 600 grit mate then 800 wet......primer and then flat that back with wet 800 grit paper mate try n get as smooth as you can then paint and laqcuer give wheels few coats of both paint and primer and laqcuer mate. aint sure what colour it is mate....silver lol preperation is the most important mate to get good finish ste

if you can get at wiring mate shudnt be too hard.....try stripping it off spare one first but heres a tip use masking tape on all the multiplugs and write on the tape where they come from that way u wont forget or get stumped putting it back together ste

hi guys basically im going on wednesday to look at a automatic glanza......as a project to do up and change to a manual. i was just wondering whether this has been done before and if so what i need and how hard is it to do..........i know i need the following [*]gearbox [*]driveshafts [*]clutch and flywheel [*]gear linkages and selectors gear knob [*]hydraulics for clutch reservoir pipework to slave cylinder [*]pedal box [*]gearbox mount are the bulkheads the same on glanz auto's and manuals and would i need to change wiring loom??? also some rough prices for parts as cud do with gett

check your fuses mate see if ones blown.....if not heater motor may have packed up....ways to test it can be fetching it out and running a power and earth with two bits of wire from your battery to terminals and motor see if it spins but make sure you hold it as it kicks like a bitch and watch your fingers usually when heater resistor has blown it will only work on one setting but id say more than likely a fuse mate.....hope this has helped ste.
