  1. what does it sound like to you? got any gut feelings? heard the noise before? i'll let you know the outcome tomorrow once ive changed them few bits.
  2. Was low on oil which i did not realise and with my with me driving like a complete nob end the other day ive broke it Sounds like i need new cams??? Any advice? only happens after 3k rpm so my dad said it might be the ignition. Going to change all spark plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm tomorrow just incase, aswell as a good service.

  4. cheers for all that info It will kill the standards on 4 psi? damn. thought they would be able to take it lol. On the swift forum im on there running 10psi on standard internals. I can't wait for my swift to be finished just wanted a bit of boost in the mean time.

  7. That still does not explain how the ECU will know what day it is. Can you get turbo chips?
  8. I am looking into a basic turbo setup for a Paseo. Something like a TD04L off a written off scooby running around 4-6 psi. I was wondering if there is a chip for the standard ecu to allow this. Other mods will be: Corolla Inlet Mani Turbo Mani Made By Hawleys Exhausts K&N Apollo with direct feed into where the foglight should be. NGK Iridium spark plugs Intercooler off a Subaru Forester. Oil Cooler 8mm Performance HT Leads Is there anything else i will need except for all the pipes (etc)?
  9. Hi you could give these a try, you will probaly need new jubilee clip for the btm hose, mine did it fell to bit's. http://www.discount-cooling.co.uk/Radiators_D9880.html they charge £7.50 for postage, no prob's with mine.
  10. i only get around 250 miles to a tank aswell.... just had new belts, plugs, leads and and a bloody good service. ah well..its fun to drive
  11. Yep bought a tank fix kit from my local autosupplies (less than a tenner) No probs yet, it will give me time to get some dosh saved.
  12. Are they a common problem or am i just unlucky? I've had 2 now with this problem Theres a place up north east that does chemical dip? does this work and is it worth it?   13. I'm 18 and have had 2 Paseo's, A ST and now a SI. I have one years driving experience and no ncb and the car owner and policy owner but only pay £1200 fully comp with my mum as a second driver. I'm with admiral.
